01. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Nova Tech for digital services, enrolling in Nova Tech Academy courses, or accessing our website, you enter into a binding agreement to comply with all terms, policies, and guidelines stated herein.

02. Agency Services & Scope

Nova Tech provides customized digital services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, Amazon Private Label & Wholesale, LLC Formation, Web Development, Graphic Design, and AI Website Agents.

• Custom Proposals: All agency engagements operate under tailored scope proposals detailing deliverables, milestones, and fee structures.
• Ad Budgeting: Media spend for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is paid directly to advertising networks by the client unless otherwise specified.
• Client Assets: Clients are responsible for providing prompt access to brand collateral, product samples, ad accounts, and website hosting.

03. Student Enrollment & Rise Scholarship

Nova Tech Academy conducts live online and hybrid practical cohorts. Enrollment is subject to the following rules:

• Rise Scholarship: Up to 50% tuition reduction is awarded to qualifying applicants. Financial arrangements remain strictly confidential between admissions and the student.
• Attendance & Projects: Certificates are issued upon 80%+ class attendance and completion of practical capstone projects.
• Course Materials: LMS recordings, templates, code repos, and software tools provided during cohorts are strictly for personal professional use and may not be resold or publicly redistributed.

04. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of service invoices, clients retain 100% ownership of final delivered assets (custom website source code, graphic designs, approved branding, and LLC documentation). Nova Tech retains ownership of underlying proprietary frameworks, AI prompt architectures, and reusable base modules.

05. Payment Terms & Refunds

Agency projects require upfront milestones as agreed in project proposals. Course fees are payable prior to batch orientation unless installment plans are granted by admissions. Due to the immediate delivery of digital assets and live mentorship, service deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable.

06. Limitation of Liability

While Nova Tech applies data-driven strategies and industry best practices, performance metrics (conversion rates, sales volume, search rankings) depend on market conditions, third-party platform algorithm updates (Google, Amazon, Meta), and product demand. Nova Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential commercial losses.

07. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and applicable international commercial standards. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation between executive management.
